The story of the first Scandinavian Street food truck in London

Scandinavian Roots

Inspired by childhood experiences of foraging for ingredients along the shores of the Stockholm archipelago and the fertile fields of Denmark, the team create a menu that is natural and honest, strictly made with the produce that is native to the region. While their options are a modern take on traditional dishes like Smörgåsbord, at the heart of their cooking is the romantic and age-old concept behind all nordic cooking called Husmanskost, which simply translates as “farmers fare”.

Our logo depicts the front of a traditional Viking ship, with the stripes representing the sails. We aim to provide your event with food befitting of Scandinavian traditions.

The Freshest Ingredients

Using the best savoury brioche baguette rolls and bagels to create their modern farmers fare, fillings for their trademark subs include the classic meatball with home-made Lingonberry Jam, Skagen Rye with the dill and the freshest North Sea prawns, followed by a deliciously baked Danish cinnamon roll and a warming freshly ground coffee.
